The Zen Elegante Suspended Bio Ethanol Fireplace was easy to install and complimented the Heritage design. The Bioethanol burner option was integral to the design to eliminate the need for smoke exhaust.

Spoke to Justin in the afternoon and explained what I wanted done and he was around the next morning bright and early. He cleaned my downpipe drains and also found parts of the drainage broken. I originally asked for a quote on this work and some more water issues and I was very pleased with his professionalism and friendly demeanour. Work was done very quickly and quote given for the rest of the work. Having already attained other quotes, his quote was great, with new ideas to bring down the costs of some of the work. Very pleased with Justin and the way he conducts his business.

We recently had a gas log heater installed by the Gas Log Fire company. The entire process was a very positive experience. Highly commend the installers. Both the plumbers and the electrician were very professional and true gentlemen. Highly recommend using this company.

Our built in Pizza Oven from Elite is amazing. Ricky helped me with the design and it has turned out to be a central feature in our backyard. We have enjoyed many pizza nights, roasts, seafoods and more.
