We have the Planika FLA2 Model E Bioethanol fireplace with the LEGO Casing which looks so streamlined and stunning in our modern home. These fireplaces are second to none and well worth the investment if you're looking for quality backed by unparalleled customer support.

Purchased a Planika TV unit from Osmen. Had some issues with the fire overheating and cutting out after building it. After emailing Planika the night before, the local rep Chris reached out the next day. Within 48 hours he had a technician from Poland (Piotr) diagnosing the unit remotely via my laptop and phone camera.Piotr even took the time (at 7am Poland local time) to explain the engineering and science behind the unit. Knowing how the unit's safety features and shutoff thresholds work is really comforting. The science is simple, but the engineering is phenomenal. In the end it was a very simple fix, which was to ensure only 75mm of the temperature probe was exposed out of the housing in which it sits. Piotr continued to monitor everything for an hour after we fixed it to ensure it was operating properly. Planika's number one concern is clearly safety.Chris at Planika Australia, Piotr from Planika Poland and Sam from Osmen were all great to deal with. I'd whole heartedly recommend, if you're sitting on the fence about buying a BEV fireplace from Planika, just do it!
