Called for a quote and got the distinct impression they are not at all interested in selling to anyone! Couldn’t be bothered giving a quote although I was able to provide exact number of bricks required and delivery on top. Not too hard to do I would’ve thought!

Sales lady was not interested in helping us because we were not ready to order today. Went in to get ideas for bathroom tiles. Had husband and 2 kids with me. Already had colours in mind and wanted a quote with 3 options. Left us on our own. Had to beg for suggestions and a print of products to consider with prices. Excuse was given, ‘sorry love we’re just really busy today’. Not good enough! Give us the time of day or we’ll buy somewhere else.

I was apprehensive ordering online but the service I received from Zayed was wonderful. Answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. I was kept informed and advised of a delivery date. The delivery driver contacted me and advised me his arrival time. Arrived unloaded and was a pleasure to deal with. The product was exactly what I expected. I would highly recommend Stone Depot the service I received was excellent and the price was very competitive.

We hand picked 2 large truck loads of landscaping rocks for our retaining wall project. We were very happy with all the staff at R&R, the guys in the yard, the ladies in the office (particularly Tracey who went the extra mile to help us out) and the delivery guy. We couldn’t tell who owned the place, all the employees worked as if it was their business. Thanks heaps, we can’t wait to finish off the backyard.
