These guys were so helpful and in my opinion have the best looking ovens.I was going to get their kit but ended up building one as close to theirs as I could. I saved myself a little bit of money but I should have got their kit, as I spent hours cutting bricks and making templates that they supply. People love mine and have asked me to build them one, I direct them to The Fire brick company to pick one of the options and have a much easier time than I did.Thanks for all your building videos, I couldn't have built mine without them.Regards,Paul

Yep, all the reviews on here are pretty much spot on. I went with Fire Brick Co due to the comprehensive support info on websites and YouTube videos. Once ordered, the kit arrived promptly with all materials in excellent condition. It was a great experience going through the build, and with no specialised skills on my part I was able to achieve very impressive results! Oven easily heats to 400C and retains heat across 48hrs allowing for a wide range of cooking options. Highly recommended to anyone looking to build a high quality pizza oven.

Wow! Where do i begin. I have been waiting for years to find an oven like this. We are Italian and we know pizza ovens and we are in the Pizzeria business. This is the real deal. The brick they send you are perfect and concrete they send cures so strong. The crate they send you is packed perfect with lots of protection. So very happy with it. Great service and written instructions. You call and they are very patient with you and go above and beyond to help you with any questions. The videos help tremendously which i enjoy watching. Watch all the videos. If you have been looking for an oven this is the one!! 10 stars. Ciao. Ill add pictures soon.

I had an awesome experience building the D95 kit. With no previous brick laying skills everything went together perfectly. They guys have thought of everything, excellent instructions and a few helpful phone calls, Im loving using the oven which reaches 400 C + pretty easily. Well done guys!!

With tons of resources and exceptional engineering and thoughtfulness it was an absolute breeze to build! I’ll cook some pizzas on Friday night then Saturday day i’ll throw in a roast without lighting a single log, the insulation is that good!

I brought a P85 pre cast oven, and the instructions followed by YouTube tutorials made it easy to build it by myself. Any questions I needed answering was only an email or phone call away and staff were only happy to oblige. Great service and great product I recommend to everybody looking for a high end pizza oven.

From having never laid a brick to creating a permanent piece of practical art in our courtyard, every step of the process building our brick oven was a joy.The quality of the kit was superb and the written and video instructions took a lot of the guess work out of the process.For everything else, Ben and Jeremy, were always at the end of the phone providing guidance and reassurance to this novice builder.Tackling the build was a challenge for sure and required a solid investment in time, but the satisfaction upon completion and rewards of delicious wood fired cooking made it all worthwhile.

I decided to purchase a pizza oven as a gift for my wife. We are so pleased with the results. Our oven has now become a centerpiece for backyard entertainment and a lifelong hobby. After much research, we went with the Melbourne Firebrick Company's D105 kit. Ben and his team were amazing with shipping all the way from Australia to our home in Ohio. I am a very modest DYIer but their videos about installation were priceless and helped make our build super easy. They have been on call for us since then, responding within hours despite being halfway around the world!What we thought would be a great addition to our backyard for pizza's has turned into a hobby to explore all kinds of cuisine. In addition to pretzels and breads, we also love smoking meats and roasting vegetables. There is literally nothing that our oven cannot do. We host build-your-own pizza parties all summer long and share lots of memories thanks to the Melbourne Firebrick Company.Ben and his team even reached out to us after seeing one of our Instagram posts.
