Going through the most devastating time in my life was the most difficult thing I have ever done. Bare were caring and understanding throughout the whole process. I never felt rushed into making a decision, I felt supported and heard.It was comforting having the same person as my contact and being available for questions at anytime.

I bought flowers over the phone from interstate and the experience was great. Sophie told me the types of fresh flowers she had available and I told her what I would prefer. I paid $65 (I was given a choice, anything from $50+) and got a beautiful, elegant bunch full of lilies and other lovely flowers and foliage. Would highly recommend.

Brember Family Funerals are amazingly compassionate. I asked them if they knew of someone who could help a cousin who had little funds to cremate her brother. Their response was beautiful in that they felt NO-ONE should not be able to send their loved one on their last journey because of a lack of money. They offered to have him cremated at no profit and do all the paperwork & transport for free. This is the sort of organisation that all funeral organisations should be. Thank you so much for helping my cousin in her time of distress and need. <3

I live interstate and ordered flowers on the phone from Whimsy Florists to be delivered for a friend's birthday. Sophie was very friendly and helpful.My friend was delighted to receive such an exquisite flower arrangement. It was delivered on time as requested. She sent me a photo and it was a beautiful creation by Sophie - exceeded my expectations.Thank you so much Sophie, I will not hesitate in ordering flowers from Whimsy again.I highly recommend this business.

The Bare team were quite simply good at their jobs. They were friendly and helpful from first to last. Bare made the whole process simple and easy, they communicated clearly what they needed us to do and then they did their part. Great service, well delivered and great value.

Jasmine & her team were fantastic last year (2021) with everything when my Aunty passed away. They were beyond compassionate and understanding and provided a wonderful service. Which is why very recently I did not think twice about calling Jasmine and her team to help with a difficult and heartbreaking passing of my grandhild. From the first phone call through to her final Journey, Jasmine and her team never hesitated with requests nor judged anything that was asked. Excellent caring, professional service during a very tough time when my mum died. the whole team at Swanborough went above and beyond on many occasions to ensure everything went smoothly. highly recommend, mum wanted a green funeral and Swanborough were able to assist in every aspect - all who attended the funeral commented on what a beautiful send it off and ceremony.
