Jasmine & her team were fantastic last year (2021) with everything when my Aunty passed away. They were beyond compassionate and understanding and provided a wonderful service. Which is why very recently I did not think twice about calling Jasmine and her team to help with a difficult and heartbreaking passing of my grandhild. From the first phone call through to her final Journey, Jasmine and her team never hesitated with requests nor judged anything that was asked. I wish to Thank Jasmine for her caring manner, Tracey for the beautiful service she put together and Rob for the beautiful Booklets. You all went above and beyond and made these heartbreaking times a little easier. I will not hesitate calling you again in the future.

Jasmine and her team had recently supported us with the funeral arrangements for my mother in law. Due to the compassion and professionalism shown to us during this time, I didn't hesitate to call on Jasmine again when my own mum passed. We recently celebrated the life of our 103 year old aunt with the support of Superior Family Funeral Care. The service was conducted at Bunurong Memorial Park. The quality of support and the professionalism of Jasmine Bednarik at Superior Family Funeral Care was excellent. I could email Jasmine at any time of the day - any day of the week - and I would get a response. Every request was accommodated. We had people sending eulogies from Canada and people watching in Whittlesea. It was a very informal affair as all the family wanted to contribute and the staff of SFFC worked with that. Our auntie would have loved it.
