This was my initial use of this company. Overall, the termite inspector was extremely knowledgeable and carried out both traps and house inspection in a professional and friendly manner.The only problem I encountered was in organising payment of the account, as I had arranged a different payment regime to the standard one. However, this was soon fixed and all is in place for the future.

Adelaide Plains Pest Services were prompt in dealing with our termite infestation - their knowledge and their processes gave us confidence for a positive outcome.

This company were recommended. They always arrive when booked in, or will keep in touch if needing to change times or days. There was a delay in receiving our inspection report due to a software issue, but this was followed up and rectified. Adrian the termite inspector really knows his stuff. And Kim, who organises appointments and invoices, is lovely on the phone.We had an initial inspection to ensure that there was no activity, a reload of the existing bait stations and a year contract for quarterly inspections. No service such as this comes cheap, but at least they fulfil what they say they will do, unlike the last company we tried! Thank you Adelaide Plains Pest control!

I have my house treated yearly for spiders etc. I also have ongoing termite treatment/inspections and rodent baiting. I highly recommend and intend to continue my treatments with Adelaide Plains Pest Services. I find them professional, reliable and easy to deal with.

Brian and his team have been servicing my premises for over 12 Months,would recommend you give them a go, they are happy to help out even when my dog dug out and tried to eat the bate pods they came out and replaced them with no issues. these guys are always polite, and dont talk to me like a silly old woman. couple things I really like about them is, they call if they are going to be late to get to the appointment, and they are always happy to fit in with me on a time.

Adelaide Plains Pest ServicesMy house has white ants problem last Nov and we contacted Adelaide Plains Pest Services for help with the problem. Brian came quickly and had a thorough check around the house and explained to us what needs to be done to solve the problem. He was very helpful and patient. The other staff - Adrian and Jayden were also wonderful. They came regularly to top up the baits and inspect around the house. Now it's more than 6 months and there were no more new holes on the wall so the white ants problem disappeared. We were happy with their service.
