Scumbags! taking orders for assistive tech from a person with a disability!knowingly taking money for an order they were never able to fulfill.Absolutely shameful!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! SCAM!!!Seems like I am not the first victim here.Ordered a vacuum robot from them and they cancelled my order and not refunding my $1750 after 30days!Can never reach them by phone and no one replying emails.

We hired their disinfection service for our office building. The Robotworld team arrived with stuff from a star wars movie we could not believe it. Its like R2D2 and C3P0. Our entire staff was just amazed and people from the whole building stopped to check out what was going on!It took about two hours for the robots to drive around and sanitise the entire office. Our boss was soo impressed he hired them to disinfect his house also. Unbelievable Service and Technology from RobotWorld! Highly recommended!

I do not recommend this company, I purchased NARWAL t10 back in December 2021, upon using it for only two weeks I had issues with the mop feature, I kept in contact with them they sent me trouble shooting guides, which did not solve the issue, after weeks of asking them for help they let me send the NARWAL t10 back to assess, this was back in February, it is now JUNE I have asked them numerous of times for follow up then proceeded to ask for my money back, I only heard from them back in march not heard from them since, they have told me it is sent back to HONG KONG, and that was it, they don’t answer emails or phone calls and I am starting to worry as I spent almost $2k on this mop and only used it for a week then it started having issues within second week.Bottom line don’t recommend this company to anyone

Received Robot T 10 Narwal 3-4 weeks ago and contacted Robot World for support with Wifi Connection. Initial support was a casualty of Covid. Glad staff have come through the virus okay. I continued having a lot of trouble down loading the Narwal app that's essential for the Robot's function. Support staff put lots of time and effort into solving connectivity issues to get robot functioning in my house. It was mistakenly thought that my Deco Wifi security setting was blocking the access. Oliver from Robot World arranged a talented IT technician to come to my house. It took him 5 hours to find it was a problem with the version of Narwal Robot delivered to me and I had no access to the app required for this version.There was a rush to judgment by the owner on my Wifi security settings in an effort to put the robot in the best light for his business. Fortunately the support staff left no stone unturned to help me find the answer.The Narwal app set up instructions are not very intuitive, frequently times out as you attempt to navigate setup and some phones are just not compatible. The set up process can be difficult.Once set up done I have found the robot mapped quickly and functioned really well. I am quietly confident and excited that it looks like it like will be a really good mop.

Absolutely disgraceful service, we bought a $3000 vac and then had the order cancelled by Robot World and we have now been trying to get a refund for the past 3 months. They never answer the phone , never return emails. I will be making a special trip to the Sydney office in the next week whilst down there for work!
