Coming in to the store today, it presented really wellOne flaw is the way management talks to their staff. It shouldn’t matter if it’s Red Dot, a banking firm or any other company there should be a certain amount of professionalism to your management team.It really infuriates me when I go into a store and the management goes up to a staff member working away in an isle and tells them how to talk to other staff members, tell your staff a story rather than how they shouldn’t have talked to a staff member a certain wayLike for goodness sake customers don’t need to hear these conversations and I can guarantee if a customer is hearing this, then other staff members will be hearing this and it is another excuse to gossip about said person not to mention if it’s a member of your management team they will go and tell junior members so they can all gossip and in a way that is undermining the managements abilitySURELY you have a lunch room or a managers office that you can pull a staff member aside into and talk to them like a professional team and surely you can find the time to do this.Customers don’t want to hear this and it turns me off purchasing anythingSort it out and manage better this isn’t a once off thing I’ve witnessed this a few times now and over it.

Great lots 2 see. The only drawback could not find black ( fine) marking pen. Plenty of others to choose from just wanted 1 pen not a collection. Young ladies at the till efficient
