Advertised online they close at 5:30. Called at 5:10 , she answers the phone as hello not hello mitre 10, I ask if I've called mitre 10 the lady spoke rudely and says yes it but we are closed. Get rid of the tone and if it's not open dont answer the phone, or if you want to answer answer like you would during work hours

Unfortunately these chairs did not live up to expectations and also arrived without adequate nuts and bolts to assemble. Requests for sufficient nuts and bolts resulted in slow delivery and once again the pack was missing a nut which had to be purchased independently. The oiling is uneven although communication with the manufacturer resulted n assurance that this is impossible as the product is dipped. However it has been viewed by several furniture professionals and it is evident that there are entire sections that have not been oiled. Disappointing product and disappointing response to our concerns. We recommend buying locally as you can actually sight the product you are buying and be certain of its quality.

I was after an OONI pizza oven and saw on Google that Botanex had an incredible sale on, having never heard of them before I was a little unsure but after reading all their incredible reviews and browsing their full range, placed the order and it literally got delivered the next day! Love my floating pool bean bags. The materials used are high quality, and the construction of them allows for the water to drain easily. The 'rolls' can be tied to the bag but I prefer them loose as e like to play with them and move them around to create all kinds of very comfy seating/lounging positions. Lying on these with your eyes closed takes relaxing in the pool to a whole new level. I love how I can read a book on the bag without it getting wet. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quality item that is truly luxe without breaking the bank.

Great heaps on offer from shovels to fridges to blenders to fertilizer.Staff are friendly and helpful.Parking is bad they have maybe 10 spots they share with others business. Two disabled spots.It's a large building has a smaller garden area out back, need to explore it more.Seam to be plenty of staff on hand.

Customer service definitely needs to be improved. Saturday 7th December 2 staff serving front end had no idea! No stock to buy, no service skill sets - nothing, no recovery options when ask something just simply NO! obviously people are employed by banner hardware these days with limited knowledge and a who cares attitude.
