I had my brows laminated at the Camberwell location. All was well however when I went to pay I was charged $100 despite the website advertising $75. I paid not to make a scene however when I left I contacted the salon to clarify their mistake. They accepted the mistake and said that they would refund me the $25. They asked for my bank account details however three months later it still has not been paid. It’s not about the money at this point it’s about the principle. Goes to show their dishonest work ethic, as it is outright scamming customers. No value for people, all about the money. Beware, don’t get scammed. There are other places that offer just as quality of service with a much friendlier demeanour and make you feel comfortable and happy when you are leaving.

I get Beautiful perfect leather each time i go in. My hi- end bespoke products need hi- end quality leather...this is the only place i need to go. Great advice, fantastic service, cannot get any better than this.

Not only do these folk have fantastic products and an extensive display, they do the most fantastic job of tanning your hide- pun intended. Seriously they are great folk who do the best work- Thankewe so much

I just got back my 2 minature Galloway hides and am thrilled with the quality and service I received. The advice beforehand was sound, and help given with the whole posting process was good too. I sent off two very messy looking shaggy hides from cows that clearly liked rolling in mud, and got 2 pristine, gorgeous silky hides back. Superb result!

I have had several hides done in the past with other tanners. I had four foxes and two deer done with Greenhalgh’s recently to give them a go. Very expensive and came back with gaping holes and pieces cut out all over the place. My skinning is excellent btw.Definitely do not bother with Greenhalgh’s. Turnaround was quite good, and postage back was excellent. Quality of care was extremely poor.

Great service! Perfect lashes and brows, I trust this team for my most important events as well as maintenance. I always feel so relaxed and cared for.. fabulous atmosphere and focused staff, always a WIN.

Extremely poor tan job. Had a cape done for taxidermy and it is unusable. No clean up or thinning and smells terrible, dried up and crusty on pick up not recoverable. Had lots of stuff tanned before and this is far worse than I could have done with a home job and cost more almost $40 more than tannery in Melbourne. DO NOT recommend.
