Keen on Yoga
Yoga class has become a well-being highlight of the week. Judy has an amazing ability to describe what to do with your body in order to get into the poses and her approach to teaching is energizing and grounded. A really lovely energy is generated in every class from very skillful teaching.

Keen on Yoga
There are no better yoga classes in Adelaide, I'm sure. Judy is so highly skilled and knowledgeable. And unfailingly supportive, kind, encouraging and inclusive. I feel safe to have a go at lots of things that I might not have thought possible. You can't do yourself a bigger favour than try one of Judy's classes.
