Very happy with the end outcome. These guys will boldy go where Concrete Taxis will not...on dry land with a slight incline.!! Their drivers can even reverse. Comparatively unrivaled delivery skills.!! Anyway, thank you especially to the polite and wonderful accounts lady. She saved the day, and saved the review.

All trucks broken down, 4 hours wait for another company to bring concrete, cost us more money.Deduct unauthorised fund from our bank account.Supplied no invoices payment advises nothing. Office communications non existence between themselves.

If I could give a no star rating I would , sent Richmond aggregate that was from website supposed to be round rock and white ., but it turned out to be around 15 - 20% white and other coloured sharp rock that was poured around our pool . Got onto Barb and she agreed after seeing photo's that it was wrong colour , after two weeks of discussions we noticed the Rock that was ordered was removed from the website, then we were offered a bucket of coloured epoxy and our bill went up for waiting time and not enough in truck that was ordered put bill up another $500 for 1 cubic metre extra . There is three company's in one Excel concrete , Reocrete and Holcim. My advice is to stay clear of all 3 companies as they are all linked

The Reocrete team are awesome, helped walking me through everything I needed to know. Lovely staff super helpful went above and beyond to get me the best time.Clearly explained costs including extras the plant charges.They text me a confirmation text with exactly what I had ordered and time booked the day before giving me plenty of time to make changes. And their terms and conditions making it easy to see exactly what I am agreeing too.Highly recommended will use again.
