Demanded payment up front in December prior to installation, then installation delayed till Jan. Different stories from staff re initial delay did not inspire confidence. Jan installation, their subcontractor Ryan was fabulous, however two parts incorrect. Follow up for final part of installation from the office staff at Doors Plus was very poor. We had to call and email repeatedly to have the job finally completed 2 1/2 months after paid.Door also did not have safety markings on glass, as apparently not required on replacement doors. Disappointed that we were not told this and had to install our own after market decals. Final product is ok but would not order from this company again after this experience.

This is deemed a successful install? Fitter explained about the single rebated door jam and the build out but never mentioned there would be a gap.

The door is beautiful, just what we expected. Several weeks later the door dropped, rain came in under the sill as it was not sealed. We contacted door city and we’re advised after a long period that the door warranty is void as it is exposed to the weather, it’s an external door! Not what was expected paying $3,600…poor form

I can highly recommend Doors Plus. Great service and fantastic workmanship.I had a bad experience about 5 years ago trying to get a new front & back-door from doors plus. They didn't want to help me back then.This time Vik the salesman at McGregor couldn't have been more helpful. I had concerns that my house was old and not standard sizing. Nothing was too challenging for Vik, he made a site visit to check dimensions and build requirements which was very reassuring considering its a fair chunk of money.Andrew the installer has done some lovely work. Every cut and join is really good quality. He had his work cut out for him with 60 years of paint to break through, non standard sizing and a house probably out of level & plumb. Incredible job guys!

John was excellent to deal with @ The Woodworkers Company, answering all of my questions to work out the best the solution for our solid oak front door! Could not be happier and glad to know we have a solid oak door (not veneer like many other known brands that say are 'solid' although aren't). Would 110% use him again for other door needs in the future and recommend him to others! Thanks John
