Was told by my builder to visit reece for plumbing supplies. Came across briony in tradelink hilton who was so patient, knowledgable and really happy to help. Bought supplies for both bathrooms from tradelink. Exceptional service.

If your coming from the country with limited time & need plumbing supplies…..Tradelink Hilton blew the opposition away. So refreshing to actually get real customer service, Cooper went out of his way to call me back to help solve my problem! I then needed something else a few days later that they didn’t have in stock….so Cooper found the item at another store, all ready for me to pick up!!! My advice, give Cooper a pay rise so you don’t loose him, he’s great for your business. I’ve got two more renovations to do so I will definitely be back !!
