Good location close to the train station. Unfortunately the overhead bridge at this time is under renovations. Should consider an under railway tunnel connection to the terminal for a lesser visual impact then the bridge would create.

Helpful friendly staff (maybe some volunteers) welcomed us as soon as we arrived. Easy processing. Plenty of room and chairs for all in the waiting area. Inside and outside areas. Coffee and cool drinks available for purchase.

Staff were great but the facility could do with a face lift. No facilities except for a poor old lady trying to serve people coffee and drinks.

Wow...so disorganised. Staff very friendly but there must be a better way to do this? Call me if you need a business analyst. The whole process can be improved

Busy port. Was a lot more fun as a kid when you were able to fish from the wharf. The silo art should be re painted by anyone with the art skills to do the town justice with possibly an Anzac theme instead of the childish primative sea dragon rubbish currently foisted upon the Albany population

This was a great experience. Both embarking and disembarking, there were staff helping with questions and directions . It was a smooth flowing line with no problems.

It is a good location, to see the ships unloading and loading, woodchips, grains and the cruise ships. But it would be better if Albany Port facility had a designated terminal for the cruise ships, that could provide a welcoming facility for the passengers.
