Best vet ive come across, i had to go in for an emergency nail and they were extremely helpful and accomodating. All the staff are super friendly and fantastic with my pup.

I was quoted $114 for microchipping of two kittens over the phone.When I attended and job was done I was charged $188 which I ignorantly paid without thinking.I returned to dispute the charge and was told they charge $80 for the time - I was in and out in 5 minutes.Long story short, my complaint fell on deaf ears. They should’ve stuck by their initial quote - that is why I called ahead of time and ultimately chose to book in.I will never attend this vet clinic again, an apology and a refund of the extra charge would’ve been appropriate.Had I known how expensive it was, I would’ve went elsewhere.Pathetic customer service with no interest retaining customers.

David and the team at Hallam Vets are amazing. They go above and beyond with customer service and care for their patients. My two dogs Nala and Zara love going to the vets and we have left satisfied every time.They are extremely friendly/professional, very fairly priced, and treat our dogs like they are their own.Couldn’t recommend them any more.

Hallam vet clinic is such fantastic vet. All of staff members are so helpful and patient with all my inquiries. My cat Barry had canine extraction here and it went so well. Dr.David and the nurses did amazing jobs taking care of my baby.This is the vet that I can 1000% trust and recommended.

If you can avoid this vet clinic and can go somewhere else, you should! The head Vet, David, claims to be so ill he doesn't remember a 45 minute conversation we had about him overcharging us and promising to refund us. If he can't remember this kind of thing or to even put a note on file from the discussion outside to walking into his office this is a SERIOUS problem!!He claims he has serious memory issues since getting sick.. yet he is still performing surgery!!! He is currently being investigated for this misconduct.Obviously, I care about the $600+ I have been overcharged for double ups on procedures that shouldn't have happened due to the misconduct of this clinic and these memory lapses" of the head Veterinarian.. but in hindsight

Hallam Veterinary Clinic provides amazing, knowledgeable service with a personal approach. Could not be happier with Kimberly and the rest of the team.
