Gave them 1 star because you cant give zero stars.Been using itp for years with no problem until recently. Lodged returns with them and rang them weeks latter to see how they were progressing only to find out that hadnt been lodged with the ATO at all. The local man at midland was rude and unhelpful to my wife. Wont be going back, very unprofessional.

I had a great experience last year, but this year I've been waiting for MONTHS. We are nearly 4 months further and still haven't heard anything back, while I have paid everything. There's no way to reach them... I hope I won't get in trouble with not declaring my taxes on time. Won't return.
