I shop frequently at this store as I like parking at the front without battling the shopping centre hordes. The staff here is always friendly and efficient. Recently we had the pleasure of meeting Rob when shopping for an Apple Watch and he just took it to the next level. Warm, entertaining, knowledgeable and astute. He is an asset to this shop.

You could be anywhere in the world. A typical cross section of sales persons. Why is there always one loud, pompous nerd spouting pretentious drivel? Why do I get flashes of Stephen King's psychopath from Mr Mercedes?My friend had come for a replacement phone. Found what he wanted and we left. I am unable to comment on pricing or the quality of service, so this is a very unhelpful review. Sorry!

I generally set my expectations quite high and then get disappointed, but the multiple staff I dealt with have been extremely helpful. I had issues with an Xbox Elite Series 2 controller that had to be replaced multiple times due to a product issue - each time they got me with a new controller in minutes. Unfortunately I ended up getting a refund when the third controller failed, but they were helpful through the whole process.

Very big & clean store. In the process of getting everything in order so they are newly renovated. It would be nice if each store had a map of each item . Like Bunning . You can go and find the item you want. I had to work around looking for staff for help. But the staff were very helpful once I found one.

Great store with great friendly staff. Stocks a lot more than the standard stores you’re used to in shopping centres.Wide open store but makes it easier to find what you need. Prices are pretty good too! Plenty of parking outside off the road.Staff are very attentive, know what their products are and are always helpful.

I went to JB HIFI at Joondalup yesterday with the intention of purchasing 2 mobile phones for my elderly parents. I had found a cheaper price online. The sales person would not match this online price. I asked what his best price is and he did not drop the price by any amount, it was not on special...I went to Big W who gave me 10% off, but they only had 1 phone. Went back to JB to match the Big W price, but the same sales person would not match it. Oh well back to another Big W to finish my purchase. Terrible service. Will never be back.

We found JB HiFi Electronics Store in Joondalup very easy to deal with, Hanna was excellent having to put up with a customer with a neurological condition she took who time to help me understand things and also was so very patient when I didn’t. Hanna needs a Badge for great Service.Thanks again for the excellent service.
