Shocking Service. Lady who answers is very very rude. Paid $2800 for a faulty Samsung TV. only to be told the part would take a few weeks to get in. After waiting 3 months with no call back from TK she forgot about my pickup and then advised me i would have to help carry the TV into the truck.. What a joke.

Was not happy about the customer service. My phone slipped into a 2 seater recliner, the worker didn't offer to help physically, well fair enough, she was not even bothered to advise how to get the phone out. A Karen faces doesn't help!

I bought a carpet shampoo machine at the end of August and used it once it broke down. When I rang them on the 30 of November the lady I spoke to said she would need to speak to someone and would ring me the next morning. She did not ring me and I want my money back because I now need to get someone to come out at short notice and have my carpets cleaned when I should have been able to use the machine to do it. This is not good enough. One star is to good for this store

Don't trust Softvire, they are really dodgy! I purchased Adobe Elements software from them but according to Adobe turns out it was non-genuine. I contacted their support who did nothing and basically said as I bought it last year it was out of warranty. They're not genuine. Watch out for them! I never got my money back and now they're ghosting me, no customer service whatsoever.
