I looked online at their range of dresses and went in person to try those on. The process was easy and professional from booking the appointment to picking up the dress. It looked stunning and was in good condition. I returned it three days later via the return chute at the store.

We purchased my daughters ball dress from here and had an absolutely amazing experience. Very professional and great customer service. I returned for an alteration of a dress for myself and couldn't be happier. As a Muslim woman wearing Hijab, I was treated with utmost care and respect. The owner made sure that no males were present as she assisted me with the fitting. Since then she has even rearranged the store so that the fitting rooms are at the back and more private. All the dresses are beautiful, well sewn and very affordable for such great quality, Quyen is very knowledgeable, accommodating of your needs and gives great advice of what works best for her customers.Highly recommended!

I went into Melinda's after having a second hand dress and the most jaded awful feeling that I wasn't going to be that beautiful bride because I wasn't cut out for it. After a quick chat Melinda's pulled some dresses and I tried on the first and thought wow that's really pretty, I'll get it. But she asked me to try one more so I thought why not.
