Easily the best music shop in Dubbo. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The range of guitars is scary big. If you're a guitarist and can't find what you're looking for, you should check because you may actually be a trombonist. Trombone selection a little weak. My second home, love the place

Purchased my first acoustic guitar this week, I spoke to both Ryan and Richie who were very friendly and extremely helpful with their information and guidance in selecting a suitable guitar which I am really thrilled with, I am loving the Fender guitar but my fingers are complaining!!Thanks guys, very much appreciated!Recently took in a second hand Lag guitar I purchased to have the strings replaced and checked. Richie was brilliant! He was very helpfull and gave it a service whilst replacing the strings, he did a great job and the guitar looks and sounds fantastic! Thanks very much Richie I will definitely come back for any future guitar needs!

I understand being an understaffed and that too over the weekends could be overwhelming for the staff. But lying and being discourteous is not advisable. Making people deliberately wait while talking endlessly with some customers is annoying to people standing in queues for around an hour. Is it deliberate attempt by staff members to make the company feel that they are understaffed?
