Me and my mum came in today and Morgan (girl) was unbelievably helpful! She explained everything is amazing details and helped us make a good choice for the new phone and headphones we bought! She is just wonderful! We appreciate her so much!

I drove from Bondi to Penrith to have a 10.1 inch floating Kenwood installed because CAE were the only shop to assure me they could do it for my make/model car. Can’t fault the Kenwood but the installation was appalling. From the beginning It made a terrible metallic rattling sound even over general road buzz. Later I noticed some damage/scratching had been caused to the centre console panels and A/C dial. (Over $400 to replace). When reported, CAE suggested I return to Penrith (from Bondi) to have it inspected. Not wanting to drive 90 minutes and wait another 90 minutes to have them recheck their original work I investigated myself. The 4 screws intended to secure the floating screen to the internals were all missing washers and there was a 2mm play in between! CAE suggested I come back to Penrith to fix. I did it myself and saved approximately 4 hours and $20 on tolls. Later the front parking camera they installed with the Kenwood stopped working. I investigated. It turns out the camera’s wiring hadn’t been fixed correctly and was hanging well below the bottom grill. CAE suggested I come back to Penrith to fix. I fixed that myself too, saving more on tolls and time. When I listed all the issues in a final email CAE assured me the owner would call to discuss and resolve. Instead they emailed saying the owner tried to call (without leaving a voicemail). As of writing I haven’t heard back from CAE. Given the interior damage, poor installation and loose camera wiring it’s fair to expect compensation or a refund of some kind to make this right. I might have excused one of the mentioned problems but three significant issues with one installation is not good enough. Terrible - I do not recommend.

I needed my headlight globes changed and was a little untrusting after my previous experience with another business. As soon as I walked into autopro I was greeted by a lovely man named Seth who was willing to go above and beyond to help me. Highly recommended, very professional. Michael was aware of what I was wanting and recommended a smarter solution, more importantly he knew how to fit the unit properly. Will use Technique again in the near future.

Fabulous service by friendly staff, and excellent advice on how to best fit the parts we bought

I went there to buy a uhf radio I was looking for a particular one for its size with a mic that you didn’t have to use all the functions on that day I could not see it and was more focused on its size as where I wanted to put it was limited space .Anyway today was fitting day and I had spoken to the salesman about where I wanted it fit I spoke to 2 people about where it should go. Not thinking about the mic. I receive a phone call about the Ariel . So sorted that. I went and picked up my car thinking they didn’t hang the mic just left it lying and I couldn’t see the radio. When I arrived back at work I had a good look still couldn’t see the radio. So I rang them about that and was told it was hidden .I asked why they didn’t put it where I asked. They told me the installer did it . There was absolutely no communication about that and I mentioned the mic had all the controllers on it that’s not what I had wanted. I don’t want to be driving around trying to change channels etc they dropping the mic which may go anywhere even under my feet as the cable is that long. The response I got was he didn’t fit the mic as he didn’t want to put holes anywhere.I am not so stupid to realise they may have to put a couple of holes in. But like I said absolutely no communication. Then I was told it’s easy enough to change it bring the car back. I wasn’t prepared to do that as the day before I had driven 500 plus klms and am so tired. That doesn’t solve the problem. If they had rung and asked me before doing the work it would have been a better outcome if people had actually listened to my wants then I would have been grateful now I am left thinking what do I do. Take the car back get it removed put in the radio with a plain mic or just get them to take it all out and give me back my money and I’ll go else where. Really poor service from this company

I shopped here recently and was impressed with the layout, product variety and prices. I needed touch up spray paint which was out of stock. The helpful salesman phoned other branches and arranged for it to be kept aside for me. I was also able to purchase some incredible bargains.

Took my vehicle in for a quote on a getting a light mount fitted, when l went back to have the job done they substantially increased the quote. After they fitted the light it was very unstable, turns out they put the mounting bracket on upside down and only half the screws were fitted. They complained about doing the job and were very unwilling to take responsibility, very disappointed, do not recommend.

I’d like to post this review to give the highest praise for your staff member at the Penrith store - Craig.I went into the store today with some issues about wiring up dual air horns to my car.I had a chat to Craig and being an ex auto-electrician, he knew exactly what I was talking about and exactly how to remedy the problem I was having.He took the time to explain to me what I needed to do, pointed me in the direction of the right parts and even drew me a diagram of how to wire the relays up.Subsequently, I got home and did all i needed to do, and there was still one slight issue. So I headed back into Penrith supercheap and spoke to Craig again.Once more he was amazing and recognised what had gone wrong. (Fuse was too low of an amperage).So all I had to do was grab a different fuse and everything worked perfectly!I don’t often write reviews, but Craig went way above and beyond what I hoped for, and I would appreciate it if he could be formally recognised by management in some way.It’s not often that one comes across such a wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful person like this.Thanks supercheap and a special thankyou to Craig!
