HCF Dental Centre Brookvale

Tawan was a breath of fresh air.After visiting a few stores I was finally given a great experience at HCF.Really happy with my experience and will be back again.Definitely recommend.

HCF Dental at Brookvale are in my view the very best. Over the last 3 years I have received outstanding treatment from my Dentist, Hygienist and all the Reception staff. Nothing is too much trouble with the expertise, care & professionalism far better than my prior private dentist. Sincere thanks to all at HCF Brookvale. Rob C

Just booked my twice annual check up and clean. I'm having to wait nearly 3 months for an appointment! I said anytime of day, but still no appointments, They must find it really difficult to keep staff (I wonder why?) as I've had to see 4 different hygienists/dentists in the past 2 years, not really very good as it's pot luck who you get and the reviews I've read recently don't look too encouraging.Maybe time to review my medical insurance.

I have been on the phone now for almost 10 mins to get an appt for a dental checkup - never had to wait this long and still waiting.....

The dentist staff and hygienists are fantastic here but the booking system is a nightmare. It is July now and the earliest appointment possible is end of September or October if I want after school hours for the kids. A 2.5 month delay for an appointment lasting 30 minutes?! That level of undersupply for private care is ridiculous but is what I've come to expect as an HCF 'customer'

Had filling break off tooth. Needed urgent appointment to replace filling. Staff were brilliant in fitting me in and dentist was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Took my 6 year old son to HCF Brookvale for a tooth extraction. The centre set us up with Dr Caitlin O'Donohue. All that required was my son's front milk tooth to be extracted. Dr. Caitlin was extremely rude and racist to my son and myself and she and couldn't pull out my son's tooth. She tried to hide her incapability by saying he required nitrous oxide for the extraction, which could only be done by a specialist. She did not provide us with the referal straight away and did not take the effort to direct him to other practitioners at the center. The referal arrived 10 days later. Meanwhile we went to a competent dentist in the locality, who put my son at ease and pulled his tooth effortlessly. HCF admitted their failings and refunded the money. However the pain and suffering that we had to endure remains unaddressed. We complained against her at HCCC and they seem to support the dentists whatever might be. Beware of this dental center, especially when you take your children. Looks like there is no law in this country against racism and medical malpractice. Hence I am resorting to the internet. I want justice!!

Thank you to Antonio, Victor & the Irish Whirlwind (Senior Dentist) for your wonderful efforts for a particularly difficult extraction. I woke up the next morning (bonus) feeling almost human. Special thanks to the ladies at Reception for being so kind & helpful.
