I think the guys were very polite and helpful, I just feel I overpaid for the car I purchased and the offer for my trade in was very low.My own fault because I accepted the offer on the day. It was the last day of the cooling off period when we picked up the car and I thought just get your money back but the wife wanted the car, so she thought she would ask if they could throw in a service, the answer was no, they did top up the petrol tank. Anyway bit of a bad taste in the mouth, won't be servicing the car here or sending any business that way.

Huge thank you to Kiwi Mark, Sam and Ryan for all their assistance with my new car. Obtaining a new car was a smooth experience for me and their experties and advice was second to none. Its been a tough time for a lot of people but they've accommodated for my every need. Would recommend to anyone hoping to get a new car.

I had my car serviced through Alex L there and give that man a raise, promotion or holiday. Previously I'd had the worst ever customer service at Western Ford and was only going to Courtney and Patterson Ford to have a warranty item fixed before going to an independent. However Alex was so good with knowing who I was as I walked in, quickly sorting the drop-off, let me know early it was all done, had everything ready at pick-up with the car facing the exit ready to go. He even had the battery replaced and explained the roadside coverage. All sorted, out in a flash. Small things but what he did means I'll go out of my way to return. Would recommend.

Michael Sacco ensured to keep me informed of updates on delivery times and offered a very amicable and timely delivery of my vehicle, taking time from his personal leave to ensure he personally delivered the vehicle.

Highly recommend.Update 7th Feb 23Complementary Free Service 5,000km/4 monthI took my Mustang in for this free check-up service with a loan car.Before any service, I always detail my car's interior/exterior which gives me the chance to inspect the car for any damage etc.When I collected my car, I noticed that the driver's side inner lower door panel was marked & covered up with touch-up black paint.It would of been best for the Technician to bring this matter to the Assistant Service Manager's attention (Alex) & to mine for my car detailer to fix instead of saying nothing.I had the touch-up black paint removed & fixed.Most disappointing, as I will never go back to service again.

We purchased a new Kia Sorento through Steve at Mornington Kia. He was a pleasure to deal with, communicated really well throughout the process and was super friendly when I picked up the vehicle from the dealership. We are super happy with the car and I intend to get all of our servicing done here too.I highly recommend Steve and Mornington Kia and I will send any of my car buying friends and family his way in the future.
