I tried calling twice to book an appointment but there was no answer,so I left a voicemail but decided to walk In for a consultation.When I got there the door was locked so I waited outside for 20 minutes.Finally someone walked out to meet a client and I got in with them. The lady at the front desk however was dismissive and her tone was rude.I felt like a bother so I decided not to book with them and find somewhere else where I felt welcome.

I went to BTN to perform the Cryolipolysis procedure, unfortunately I felt that the establishment only wanted my money and not the well being I was looking for. My luck was that the machine was unable to pull on my waist, otherwise I would have done 4 applications unnecessarily, as you can see the second application was left with a very large bruise due to lack of fat. The next day someone called me offering 20% discount on a moisturizer that I should had bought after de procedure.

A nice selection of unique gifts at the front as you walk in, with a few well appointed treatment rooms in the back and upstairs. Nice ambience with a very attentive and helpful owner, full of recommendations of treatments they can provide.
