JB Hi-Fi Parramatta Westfield

Rudest and most customer negligent JB store I’ve seen. I had to ask two times for someone to come and help me with what I needed and when you tell their manager she gets back to you like you’re a burden and not their fault. None of the retail assistants would even bother look at me when I approach them and ask something.I had an awful experience last year too, so I think I wouldn’t recommend any of my friends to go there.

Had a bad experience with a faulty TV sold by JBHifi , parramatta. Not ready to payback4000$ and take the set . Have been calling since 2 weeks and every day we hear a call back version which never seems to happen . When we have visited the store to talk, had been spoken very rudely quoting ‘the images we shared might be from our neighbours tv set ‘ . Big name but small customer service.

Management needs to up their game here. The queue can be massive. Don't even get me started on click and collect being in the same section as returns . You can be waiting forever for something that should be instant. They usually only have one person dealing with both. Do yourself a favor and just walk in to grab it or have it shipped. It'll arrive quicker then waiting to be served.

The blonde older female staff member who was responsible for manning the door had an abhorrent attitude. My partner and I both had receipts as we checked out separately, and she gave me a grotesque look , proceeded by questioning me with an appalling attitude. If people are willingly showing you the bags they have been provided to carry their products in, without being asked to upon exiting, it is completely unnecessary to act as though they are suspicious. This incident was a few months back, but if this individual is still working for the store, their behaviour needs to be addressed. This certainly deters me from wanting to shop here again.

Visited this place on 18/6/2023 to buy a TV and an Asus laptop. Approached a salesman about my intention to get a 43 inches TV, he asked me to get a trolley and walked away to attend another customer. I found out later that JB Hi-fi does not provide trolleys meaning I have to get one from Coles or Woolworths. I decided to leave the place and ended up to buy from the Office Work. There is no such thing as first come first serve

Long waiting for picking up order which supposed to be quick and go. The particular staff who served seems not care about people waiting on ques. Not even asking for help from other staff, struggling but don't want to know some people are in hurry. Need improvement with response time and attitude towards customer, including her supervisor or senior staff.

I recently had the pleasure of working with a salesperson at JB HI FI who was absolutely fantastic. Her name is Silvia. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and recommended products that were tailored specifically to me.Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at JB HI FI thanks to this amazing salesperson. Her knowledge, patience, and helpfulness made all the difference in my shopping experience. Staff is rude and is not knowledgeable about products. Their aim is to poach you and make a quick sale. When I enquired about an Iphone today, one asian worker’s reaction was literally like - “if you know what you want then tell me or dont bother me”. My wife immediately told me that she’s not even gonna talk to this worker and doesn’t want to get an iPhone from this Jbhihi.
