I’ve had pedicures here before and they weren’t as bad as today…I had a pedicure firstly the water was super hot… didn’t even get an exfoliating scrub she just put moisturiser on and did the lightest massage for not even a minute then washed it off….then proceeded to apply a hot stone which was so hot! There not professional at all I’m a beauty therapist myself and I was horrified they don’t love what they do and it feels like they just do the treatment to get it over and done with… not impressed

This was my second time coming to Q&A nails and both times were lovely experiences. The staff are all super nice and welcoming. The lady who did my nails was amazing. She pays an amazing attention to detail, makes sure that each step is done perfectly.Looking forward to going back and highly recommend it!

I have had 4 nails chip within a week of having SNS applied. Two were repaired, two I filed down myself. I cannot see them lasting the 3 -4 weeks I usually get out of them. Their technique is flawed and I told them they were not putting two half coats on the tip to give the nails strength. Having had SNS for 6 years now, I have never had this happen. I have had the occasional nail chip but it is rare. This is the first and last time I will be using this salon.

Frequently have my nails done but Q&A nails and I am always happy!! Jina just did a fresh set of acrylics for me and she did an amazing job! So thorough, quick and friendly and always fits me in.Thank you

I'm visiting from Victoria and wanted to get my nails done with my niece while I was in town. We hadn't booked ahead, but this wasn't a problem and they took us straight in. The staff were friendly, funny and professional. They taught us alot about healthy nail care and did our nails beautifully. My niece was absolutely wrapped as this was her first nail experience. I couldn't recommend Q&A Nails more, I will definatly be back again next time I'm in town.

The best by far experience I have had at a nail salon. They didn't just show length and shape to see if I was happy they asked more then once. They care that their clients are happy and satisfied. I could even hear them asking clients getting a pedicure if the water was okay and adjusted it if they said otherwise. I have already booked for 3 weeks away. I highly recommend going to Q&A Nail & Beauty in Yamanto if you can. I will even travel to them once I move so I can continue using their service.
