I was referred to Trevor to seek his assistance with a non-functioning firmware/software issue in a residential fitout and had not ever employed, met or spoken to him before, whatsoever. Immediately, it was apparent that he was genuinely interested in helping and was clearly very capable. Step by step we worked the problem all via telephone only and with his clearly stated guidance, the problem was identified and resolved, with a open offer to recontact should I have any further issues. Trevor is very professional and willing to help. As a first time developer and unsure of the process for NBN connection I was unsure of the steps and found I had been given incorrect advice. Trevor provided clear and concise advice with my NBN connection, what to look for and the logical next steps, was happy to explain the process in 'plain English' and took all my questions patiently! Trevor at DTSM was exceptionally helpful.I was directed to him by a Starlink installer who couldn't answer all of my questions. Trevor did!After quite a long phone call which Trevor made, most of our communications were via Facebook messenger.Trevor sent me several links to answer my questions.One of these links was where to buy the gear I needed, as Trevor could not supply it as cheaply.I ended up not paying DSTM anything. I regret this as the time and effort Trevor spent was certainly deserving of some payment.
