Dr Tripp is wonderful, you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients which is such a special thing to find. Also easy to book, great facilities, calm atmosphere (which is rare for a doctors clinic). Highly recommend!

Very concerning, one particular receptionist was asking me to pay more as she was giggling, if I didn’t turn up to my next visit. Although I cancelled appointments a few times the cancellation fee should be the same, which I paid every time. She looks like she is trying to milk money out of people by playing with them. It’s a real shame “my tooth heaven” because this was going to be my regular dentistry but thanks to that one receptionist it can’t happen. This happened a while ago. you know who you are!

Much shorter wait then going to ED however you will have a wait and likely won’t be seen immediately, unlike the website says. Other than that they were fantastic. I ended up paying $260 (getting $100 ish back of medicare) and I had the consult, X-ray, ct and a cast. Nurses and techs were lovely.

Heard of Tooth Heaven through family members. The receptionist staff have amazing customer service and greet you with your name. I would definitely recommend Dr Akram. I’ve never experienced a dentist who thoroughly goes through the before and after process in such detail. Dr Akram goes above and beyond for his patients. His work is truly outstanding. If you’re someone who is afraid of the dentist then he is the Dr for you or if you’re looking for 11/10 service then he is the dentist for you.

If I could give a higher star rating I would. Reception staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The nursing staff and Dr Singh were absolutely incredible. Great with my 3yo and you can tell have extensive experience in working with children. Having this locally is an absolute godsend for those ailments that your kids always seem to get outside of normal doctor hours, but that you wouldn't go to the ER for. Can't recommend it enough!

2nd visit today, on time, professional, standard price, friendly, but feel like not enough information to take away, something is missing. 1st appointment was clean and check up, then 2nd appointments for filling as per check up results, when I asked Dr Michael to review my wisdom tooth which he commented on 1st appointment looked ok, he replied and reminding today’s appointment is for filling…feeling pretty uncomfortable to use as family dentist, a bit irresponsible not caring enough? And, I have to Google how soon I can eat after a filling?
