James has worked effectively with us over an 18 month period to achieve DA approval for our dream family home on the Ocean in Wombarra. Our file classification was Designated Development" due to Environmental Zoning constraints on the subject site.James handled the additional state governments Planning Secretary's Environmental Planning Requirements (SEAR) professionally by calling on his extensive knowledge base in this area to complete the SEAR request application which also included an Environmental Impact Statement or 'EIS' for short. James was always available throughout the process to speak with when we had questions and guide as through the process.Due to the number of objections generated against our DA through the multiple submission / notification periods our file went to the Local Planing Panel (LPP) twice where James spoke on our behalf both times.James articulated well and represented our design thoroughly and accurately from a town planning perspective.
