Attentive service and willingness to cater to my peaches & cream request. So good I ordered a second!! The young lady on the door that night provided exceptional service. Particularly as I annoyingly asked if I could request the same bartender to make me the banger drink he had earlier. The bartender was busy having to be chef at the time! The truffle calamari was yum.

Had set menu $45 per person, very decent serve with all dishes... Good taste more than enough.... Good services as well. Very nice environment.No need to wait on Friday night due to virus period

The Alternate Root

When in town I always make time for a breakfast/brunch date at the alternate root. It’s usually busy and a little loud but the food does not disappoint (and neither does the coffee). We didn’t have a booking and had to wait 25 minutes for a table. There are plenty of wonderful shops to browse while waiting.I ordered the bacon and egg burger with the relish on the side, the presentation was impressive. The kids had milkshakes, which they enjoyed but I was disappointed these were served in disposable / takeaway cups.

Mi Cantina

Great balance between authentic tapas and local cuisine.The food is delicious and the service is fantastic.We had a delicious seafood paella. There was plenty of meat and seafood in the paella with a crispy crust at the base. We also enjoyed a fruity sangria.We were there catching up with some old friends that we had not seen in a while and the restaurant hosts were so gracious and welcoming even when we were the last ones to leave.We will definitely come back soon. I highly recommend a visit.

Aunty Sue is a wonderful soul and her food is homemade. She is the only chef here and her food is absolutely authentic and amazing like my mums! Highly recommend! Yum.

Barbados Port Douglas

Great spot overlooking the Marina. Relaxing day beds to sit, eat, drink early into the evening. Seafood share board was very enjoyable. Cocktails were okay, have had better at other places in Port Douglas. The only service is delivery of your food and drinks which you order via the app, so hard to rate service! It's not cheap but for a celebration or special night out, well worth the expense

Spanish Tapas

Very nice place with authentic food and lovely staff. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the dishes have a wonderful presentation. They do not have Halal food but they do have a great selection of seafood and vegetarian dishes. Prices are fair and they have a Salsa dancer on Friday and Saturday night which sounds like great fun.Their mocktails were a little bit of a let down though but overall great experience
