We are so happy and relieved that Sean and Luke helped us to get my husband's wedding band back. Sean was extremely helpful and professional even though he was 3,500km away in WA and we are in VIC. He was calm and reacted immediately to contact his team in VIC to come down the beach and began the search within 90 mins. Luke showed up prepared and geared up and after a thorough search, he found the ring 30cm under the ocean floor, 20 meters of the shore! I found that customer service was terrible retail prices were well above other detector outlets, when I am up here again this year I will purchase any gear I need before leaving, I support the rest of the town of Clermont 100% the shopping is great the pubs and meals great I think this particular outlet should go out and take a few lessons from their counterparts.

Very ordinary hiring detector experience, expensive, $1000 cash withdrawn from c.card as bond, supposed to be returned to account 3 day's later. Still hasn't been returned after 5 days.Go to return detector at 2pm to find doors shut and sign saying closed at 1pm today. I hired it at 4pm the previous arvo and wasn't told about early close. So returned detector next morning at 9am. Was planning to leave early as was going home to Perth.I've hired lots of times in Perth, half the per day rate on detector, no cash bond just scan card as security and never had a problem returning at the time i said i would.If hiring and going out that way to detect, hiring before you leave
