I went into the shop to donate seasonal appropriate clothing, they told me they were at capacity which I understandably said is there anywhere else I can donate? They then said they could accept my donation, however they were very particular about the quality. I assured them and showed them the items in my bag were all in good condition. What I didn't understand was how they could steal donations for flood victims to sell at their retail shops but couldn't accept donations to go to the actual suicide prevention cause after telling me they were at full capacity. Greedy and reprehensible.
