Have used gk a few years ago rung to get a price on a New headboard in the caravan spoke to Jordan New owner top bloke on the phone Took a photo sent IT Too him He got back with a Price which was very reasonable Also needed a timeframe to Have IT finished which He did it earlier than I was expecting Jordan it came Up absolutely fantastic you did a awesome job Will be using him again And recommended Friends great workmanship

Stay away !!!!!! ono customer service at all. signed a contract for a new boat 14 months ago only to be stuffed around, no communication and now won't honour the contract after the boat has arrived. You can do much better!!!

I've had several jobs done by the boys at Trim Industries and have always been happy with the end result. The workmanship is of high standard and they use good quality materials. I would higly reocommend this business.

DO NOT, REPEAT DO NOT get your boat serviced there at all. Our boat put in for standard service, overheated so badly the first time we took it out after, we had to get the coastguards to tow us in. They said they would fix it. The next time we took it out, were on the water for 10 minutes before it overheated again. Stupid us believed them when they said the third time they would fix it. Nope!!!!. Have now found what the problem was at a reputable service centre, which should have been picked up at the time of the original service.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but I have to when it comes to this dealer. If there was a 0/5 star option, I would have chosen this. Worst customer service, poor management and attitude.

Gotta say the worst experience I’ve had with any trade.. a two week promised job took 4 months!! And even then such an average job.. the guys didn’t put screws back into seats, put Velcro in wrong places, wrong fitting items plus more.. the front bunny longe we asked to have Velcro straps put on, they put them on the wrong spot.. (I just got tired of the amount of time it took and then would be done wrong) really bad Max was very rude and condescending when turning up to a job and i was asking why it was taking so long and why he was so late… I kept my mouth shut at the time, so the job would be finished as I waited so long… I just needed it done so I could finally enjoy my boat.. steer clear of these guys at all cost.. had to have repairs done else where..I had made these issues very clear to Diane and the only response was we had to finish other jobs.. my job which was promised to be done straight after boat show in May kept getting put back behind other jobs..stitching is already falling apart.Screws missing and not completed after multiple times telling them to finish job properly. I finally got so annoyed with work not getting done or finished that I just cut these guys, and went elsewhere for finished.. job was ordered 1st of May and not finished till August 4 months later!

Mark was excellent to deal with, had great product knowledge and kept me informed and up to date from order to delivery. A really easy and hassle free buying experience.

Exactly happy with the table cover and boat shade we had made. Great company and great people. Highly recommended.

Errol @ TasTrim sorted a custom fly screen set for our VW transporter to our requirements after we discovered a commercial set wouldn't work for our setup. A very quick turn around (As this doubles as our work vehicle) and great service through the whole process. Second time we have had Tas Trim do work for us and both times with great results. Highly recommended.
