I really appreciate good customer service! I notice both good and bad customer service. Today I didn’t feel like I got either good or bad service or even acknowledged until I interrupted the small talk about so and so taking a break between two team members. There were 3 of us waiting to be served. Walk in, shop is quiet, no eye contact made with team behind counter, not even a, “Hello, won’t be too long,” and finish up what you’re doing. A welcoming environment is important! I work in a customer service role and I can understand both sides of this situation.

I have ordered coffee mugs and stubby holders with my logo from Henry at Ultimate Inspiration on a number of occasions, and I have always been impressed with the speed of his response, his courteous and helpful service and the quality of the product. I have no hesitation in recommending Henry and Ultimate Inspiration.

My teenage daughter tried a pen there but one of the shop clerks told her off very aggressively saying Are you going to buy it?" and rudely snatched the pen and ripped off the paper. (The incident happened on 14 March 2019 around 3pm.) My daughter said she was incredibly upset and mad after this incident. I would like to discuss this with the shop owner if this is their policy to attend to their young customers. - I believe the majority of their customers are teenagers."

Beautiful stationary over priced..

Trading hours on weekends is not the same as the times listed. It's Sunday and the store opens at 6am apparently not at 5.15am that is listed. Would of been great to know instead of me waiting outside from 5.10am, nearly 50mins waiting because of wrong information listed...

Good helpful staff and wide range for a small country town

This is what small town life is all about – heart and care and rising above and beyond. No job too small or too large, or too late. From copying old photos to managing Funeral Order of Service’s to scanning huge documents and making them small enough to email and etc etc – when the pressure is on, they come to the rescue and fix it! Simone is a blessing, and Renato and their team are all wonderful. Oh and as a bonus, their products and services are very affordable and competitive – why buy stationery from the supermarket when you can buy from a local family business? Awesome shop, as always. I'm only giving 4 stars because staff will keep checking on you every minute, offering different things while you're trying to browse and relax.They're surely polite and helpful however being over the top actually makes you feel uncomfortable and pressured to buy what they want, not what you like.

I became obsessed with this business over a year ago, after I saw an Instagram ad for it!Starting out with bookplates stickers I then went on to get my own bookplate stamp, and became obsessed with stamping in my favourite books! The bookmarks are very good quality, and are even too pretty to use at times!Jess is such a lovely person to communicate with, and her designs for both bookplates and bookmarks are gorgeous!I would highly recommend anyone with a passion for books to check out her business!
