We had Keith install 2 Fujitsu split systems in our house in Doreen in October 2019.Keith arrived promptly for the original quotes and had both systems installed within a week.7.1kw system for our Family/Kitchen room & 2.5kw system for the Main Bedroom.Keith is a very polite & courteous operator and his quality of work was first class.Thanks Keith.RegardsKevin & Mary.

We installed the Aircon's one 7.1kw Fujitsu and second 2.5kw Mitsubishi back dated 4/12/2017 by the electrician Keith Bell – Mr Kool Air Conditioning, Fujitsu 7.1kw started to splashing water from the flaps all over the floor, we called Keith Bell on 14/04/2021 to look into this issue but he took $165 and said that there was no fault with Aircon but asked us to keep the temperature at 21 degree. But even after that water is still splashing, so I called Fujitsu to send an electrician to check what is the issue, the electrician did the investigation today 30/11/2021 and identified due to faulty installation the aircon is leaking the gas, when I called Keith today he said he will charge me $450 to fix it and refill the gas, since we have already paid for the installation and it is still under warranty period. I would request to stay away from this guy Keith Bell since he got no idea installing Aircon's.

Not sure about his quality of work but when you're the kind of person to knowingly push in front of a queue of people patiently waiting their turn I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere.
