Renovation contractor

Under recommendation from friends who have used this company to renovate their homes, small and big jobs, we invited Pristine Homes to quote on a full renovation on a house my family had just inherited. The house was still in its original 1985 condition.Jason, one of the owners came to look at the property, spent a considerable amount of time listening to my ideas, took notes, pictures and measurements. In the condition the home was in, we had been told we might be lucky to get $400,000 on the market. A few days later Jason came back with the figures to do the renovation. He then said for the same price he could make our 3 bedroom home into a 4 bedroom home with a butler's pantry. We of course went with Jason's option and then Jason explained the time frame, how I could still live in the house as the house went along. By the time Jason and his crew finished it was a totally different house..it was modern, fresh, open and airy. Our neighbours all trooped through and couldn't believe it was the same house. Pristines honesty and integrity was amazing. Would I recommend Pristine Homes, they have magic in their hands and I honestly can say you will never be disappointed with the work they perform. By the way we sold the property for $690,000. Even the Real Estates were floored at the change in the house.Rosemary Wright
