We already had drone footage of a large 64 acre property near Sydney. As sales agents for property we felt that it did not sell the land properly. It was a flyover drone shot. Too simplistic. So we came to Droneable with a challenge. Having gained 3 quotes and negotiated, we pursued furhter discussions with Droneable about our challenging brief. I found David Galea to be easy to talk with, he offered a wide range of experience and ability to cover aerial shots, property and mapping. That was the clincher.On site, David, the drone pilot, proved to be easy to talk with, to work with: allowing input and offering a high degree of technical competence. Well, all I can say is that David from Droneable was absolutely fantastic, as was my experience with his customer service. He was a great listener, and he communicated in a warm, professional and authentic manner. He delivered a beautiful soaring video of the family farm, which completely met my brief. David was fast in answering back to my e-mail and providing all data I asked for. Once we booked him in, he readily accepted to come to the location the day before the shoot so that he could do a test shot, which allowed us to do proper blocking of the talents. David followed story board and directions and turned in a professional product. The drone motion we wanted required some pilot skill to execute and David fulfilled that.
