Standing around for 10+ minutes looking for someone to help with a iPhone 11 phone case. Ask a staff member for help while she’s standing around doing her hair. She has no idea what she’s doing and pretty much said dunno and walked off. Asked another staff member who also had no idea and couldn’t be less helpful. Took my own phone case off to try and find what I was looking for and after giving up and leaving completely disappointed the security guard accused me of stealing my own 3 year old broken phone case stating that he saw me stealing it!? And as I was walking out of the shop he and the shop assistant were searching the rack to see if anything was missing. Totally unhelpful and unprofessional. 17th may 2023, 4:30-5pm

expansive store with a variety of things for sale. Staff were not very knowledgeable on an upcoming preorder for a game (. The first staff asked for help from another and the other also had no idea about most of my questions (about the promotional item). Make sure you brush up on big events guys.

Nice, expensive store, price is always a bit higher compared to other similar stores. This is why I usually do not buy from JB, it was a pickup for my office this time. Good collection though. Not recommended for people with a tight budget.

Received excellent help from Shak in the Mount druitt store. Very knowledgeable, all attention on me, professional and friendly. Helped me pick a great new phone, great value and brand. Very happy with the customer service received. Store is tidy, well stocked, staff are friendly and helpful.

We received help off Mark in the Mount Druitt store who helped my partner and I find the perfect tv and accessories we wanted for it. He also helped us out with security cameras and provided the best deals he could! Absolutely amazing customer service!!

Had a recent experience of buying a new phone with carrier upgrade deal. There were some technical difficulties propably due to weekend so I was told to collect the phone the next day. Sale staff was very cooperative and communicated properly. They also gave me additional $50 discount for the inconvenience caused. Overall fine experience.

Your usual JB Hifi - the staff were very helpful as the DVD boxset I wanted wasn't on the shelves but they tracked it down in the backroom while I continued to shop. Thanks guys !

JB Hi-Fi at Mount Druitt is great for both click and collect and browsing. Orders are picked really quickly and are no fuss. The staff are great too. All of my transactions here have been straightforward. I recommend this store for no fuss purchases!
