I could i would give them zero star.i. on the appointment letter, they say that they will be calling me any time from 9 -5pm. But they never called when they should.ii. one time they did call, i wasnt available to answer the phone. I received a txt msg saying tat i need to call back by 3pm. which i did, however i was told that my pyt has been suspended b coz i didnt call them back by 3pm.iii. I was advised some1 is gonna call me back, of koz no one ever did. so I waited till 4.50pm, b coz no one called me back, I called them again. Their call centre employee was outstanding rude. and he call me been rude. and rung up on me.

This place is OK they used to be pretty slack. Now they're not so bad. Been with them for a while but they helped me do a certain amount of driving hours for free and I got a free short course out of them. They are putting more effort into finding the jobs that interest you. They've done alright so far but they could do better. 3 stars.

My experience with Richard has been excellent. I was new to town with a young family. He got me a great casual job very quickly that led to permanent role. Very grateful to the team behind the scenes. My family are loving Townsville and our future here now looks bright. Thanks.

Have had a great experience with Sonya @ Frontline. Unlike most other recruitment agencies, she was super helpful and responsive to my application, and kept in touch with me and my new employer throughout the transition process. She also gives great movie recommendations. :-)

Myself and 3 other members of our staff did the HR workshop with Donna and it was great. We all walked away feeling empowered and much more knowledgeable on all things HR. Donna also has been helping us with some HR challenges and she has really gone above and beyond for us. Really grateful for all of her help thus far and intend to keep using her services in the future. Definitely would recommend for all Vet Clinics!

Great facilities for training

Absolutely useless, months with them as an employment provider and NOT ONE job referral, I have a Bachelor degree and am more than qualified for a number of jobs. As far as I can tell they have not made any sort of effort to look for a position for me, if you’re actually looking for some sort of assistance, look elsewhere. Disgusting service, just worried about checking boxes so they can get their government payment, pathetic excuse for an employment provider.
