I made an appointment on Friday and was told they would be here Monday between 10am and 12pm. I organised my day around this and scheduled other stuff from 1.30pm onwards.I received a call at 11.50am to say they would be at least another hour or more. I wasted my morning and lost faith in making another appointment.I get things go wrong but I would have appreciated a call well before 11.50am and I thought the 2 hour window was to allow for things to take longer than expreected.

Came out to my place almost 6 months ago (Sep 2022) and took apart the lock. Still no progress on fixing it despite me regularly chasing them up (now Mar 2023). Getting told a part has been ordered and should be here in the next few weeks gets really old after a while.

On Saturday night we lost our house/car keys. I called ESL emergency afterhours number and spoke to Shelley who quickly got my details and organised someone to help.I then got a call approx 20min later from the locksmith letting me know how long he would be. At approx 9pm, I was back in the house and the locksmith was professional and friendly to deal with. ESL were the only company that was opened and could help .. thank you so much!

I was almost run off the road on the Logan Motorway this afternoon at 17:40 by your white van ending in YSIVan was heading out bound towards the Gold Coast.He was dangerous and should not be on the road. Speed limit is 100km not 140km.I immediately tried to call and speak to a manager but your customer service person was completely incompetent. I even hung up and tried to call back as the driver was so dangerous.If both of these employees are a representation of your business that god help you!Disgusted

I cannot recommend this company enough. After having our keys stolen (ripped the lock box off the house) they came over on a Friday night and looked after us with genuine care and compassion (even though we are idiots for having the lock box). I am so grateful as we can now sleep in peace and have a more secure house than we previously did. We didn’t think it would happen to us- thank you so much.

Following a break in our house, the ESL team and their amazing manager Rob were able to respond and turnaround the changing of locks within a short time frame. This goes around a long way to ensuring the residents feel safe again after the harrowing experience of a break and enter. The whole team is quite professional and we highly recommend them.

Was locked out from my unit in St Lucia - called them in the day and the reception was friendly, provided clear communication and sent someone to help relatively soon. They were able to get access within ~15 minutes of them arriving, were kind and price was fair as a student. Am very thankful for their service

The service provided of the locks being changed was executed adequately. I was misquoted and had to pay much more than my initial quote, then there was appalling communication from there out to pay my due invoice
