Paid this company to locate and report on pipes in my yard, when considering best location for a pool. I received no written report or diagram marking the pipe location... merely a spray paint mark on the dirt in my yard. Contact with this company is ignored. Beware of wasting your money... clearly a mark in the dirt, which is no longer visible, is inadequate and unprofessional. ** Since posting this review, the company has responded, to this review, denying they've ignored my contact. Thats speaks volumes! The onus of professionalism is on YOU... the business paid to provide a service. Attacking paying customers is appalling.

Orbital Underground Service Location
I can't rate Orbital highly enough. We needed to locate a stormwater pipe and had difficulty getting access to a manhole through the neighbour's. Orbital tried everything possible to find a way to access the pipe. They visited three different locations, on multiple days, and liaised with multiple neighbours on our behalf. Throughout the process they were polite and professional, and then their invoice was a very pleasant surprise. I'll definitely be using them again.
