North West Locksmiths
I had two car keys cut from a blank stock, one for each car. However, neither of the keys would operate the door locks. Original keys worked. Took them back and they did not refund the exorbident amount originally charged. They said that they had done what was asked; that is cut the blank keys. I suggested it would be also good if they also worked as there was no point having the keys cut otherwise. I will never go ther again.

Friendly and professional service. I had a complicated car key cut and it fitted perfectly. An extra bonus (for dog lovers) is the very friendly German Shorthaired Pointer, who, with his chatty owner, keep you occupied whilst your keys are being cut.

Called up (after hours- unknowingly) and spoke to Wayne about cutting a registered key. It turned out that it was a key (or register) that he does not work with however he proceeded to further enquire about my needs, the location of the property where the key is in use and the reasons which I need the key cut so that he could give me suggestions on what to do in my circumstance. He pointed me in a couple directions as well as gave me some alternative options to consider. Wayne went well above and beyond to assist me despite working out early in our conversation that he wasn't personally going to be able to assist. 5/5, highly recommend Wayne and KGB!

I’m sorry, I can’t recommend these people. I was quoted $100 to rekey 2 locks then an hour later the guy rings me and says they’re done. It’s $170! I now had no choice to shop elsewhere as they had completed the job and had my locks. When I questioned the guy about not holding his price he just said yep, it’s now $170.
