At first I was a bit sus about this mob because they don't have a front door and everything is done over the internet. However, it was totally unfounded and Nick was a pleasure to work with. They are super professional and the support was better than most bricks and mortar stores. I would highly recommend.

DIY caravans have been extremely helpful with my build. I bought the composite panels, windows, door and heaps of other accessories all from DIY. All the gear was at great prices and arrived quickly. I had a significant manufacturing issue with a component of my build and when I contacted DIY about this, they were very responsive, understanding and resolved the issue within 24hrs. Nick at DIY caravans was so knowledgeable, and so responsive. It's very satisfying to be able to have such an easy transaction, as I'd had months of issues dealing with fabricators and other suppliers who took very long to provide a quote or even respond. The prices were also very good.

We have their shower door for our Toyota Coaster build and it looks amazing and works perfectly. It's the perfect, light-weight, minimum space door.We were upset to realise that we had measured our build wrong in the first place and didn't understand installing the door. Nick took the time to email promptly and help us get the size we needed. We are still so so appreciative! I can confidently recommend this company to others; not just for the products but the 11/10 service.
