Dog care

We have been going to Roll Over Beethoven for years with our Groodles Last week we took out 1 yr old Groodle and will never go back The lady was rude, sending us a message that our dog was a mess" mattered hair making the cut very difficult.Our previous Groodle always had a bit of mattered areas but was never spoken to like we were last weekAnd not very impressed with the cut.Not sure if it has changed hands over the past 2 years

Do not put your cat in here to stay. Our cat returned underweight and with cat flu after staying here! I have never seen our cat so unhappy or unhealthy than after his time staying at Sampenny. The towel we left with them had vomit on it for good knows how long. I don't think any attention was given to our cat's well being. He was very distressed from all the dogs barking - the dogs are very close to the cats which is intimidating for the cats. The property is ramshackled and not a pleasant place at all.

Very disappointed with my dogs grooming. I wish I didn't hand the money over when collecting him. I was in shock when I saw him. Hopefully his hair grows back fast. He smells worse now then when I took him - will now have to wash him.

The owner Margaret was very welcoming and accommodating. She has an affection for all dogs. Our dog, Furgus, was well looked after and we will not hesitate to have him groomed at NukanmanuKennels again.

Worst dog training centre! We sent our two dogs here for a 10 day board and train, to help work with off-lead, prey drive, and distraction training. Our dogs came out exactly the same as they went in. On pick-up, we were shown on-lead training, (which they already knew and we had no trouble with), and a mock lounge-room setup, where we went through some exercises off lead, that they really didn’t do all that well at. No off lead basic training, recall, animal/prey distraction was shown. When we brought our dogs home, they showed exactly the same behaviours and we were $3000 poorer! I rang the trainer the next day explaining the dogs behaviour, and I found him dismissive and quite unhelpful. I would not recommend the board and train at this facility.

Fantastic service and professional staff

They groom well. But service is very transactional - I want to feel like my baby is being loved and looked after. Instead it feels like a cash cash money situation. They keep your baby in cages whilst baby waits to get groomed.
