We found Aluminum windows by mistake but it’s was a great find.We needed a window for our new laundry and the service was great, excellent workmanship. Highly recommend this local business. We will be back for the lounge windows soon

We are a Small business inside the shopping Center, this door and lock are provided by the shopping Center. We did not choose this brand.Terrible quality of door provided. Within the first 3 years of the new door they installed, we have multiple problem with their door. It is very difficult to lock both sides of the door at the same time. And until recently we cannot even insert our keys into the lock. The quoting price of coming to just look at the problem is 350 for the first 30 minutes!! Not included anything.Very bad quality and service, do not recommend business!

Called to get sliding door fixed they installed last year. They started attempting then tried to charge me on the spot an absurd amount (which wasnt mentioned in previous conversation) then came lower with cost after i questioned the quality and just left and left the sliding door in worse state than before. When I called to let them know the door is now worse after their attempt they said I was wasting their time & asked me to never call them again. We've dealt with many trades during our time but this experience was disheartening& shocking service.

I rang Grafton Glass and asked if they could come today to fix rollers on our large sliding glass door, John and AJ came within the hour and not only fixed the rollers but had the glass door lockable which it hadn't been previously for many years (we could only lock screen door).Thankyou so much Brendan John and AJ for the great service you provide.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! I read the old reviews and was hesitant but the new team are so friendly and helpful. The job was done perfectly and with no stress.

Excellent service, prompt and great price. Recently had 2x new sliding doors installed in a bedroom and an existing sliding door repaired. Received the telephone quote rapidly for the existing door after providing photos, which they were more than happy to fix (other companies had declined, too small of a job). And for the bedroom, were happy to attend on-site to provide a measure and quote. Was originally specified 10-20 days for fabrication and install, however - everything was installed and working within 5 business days, exceeding my expectations! Thank you again, would highly recommend you to anyone.

Very poor professionalism. Twice on the day of delivery we are advised that the windows will be another week.Very poor and very inconvenient for our workflow. We should have trusted our intuition and bought Vantage windows…the manufacturer responded to this rating and asked for our project details, which I gave them. Since then……crickets!Please don’t pretend that you care publicly, and not respond and care personally. That’s BS
