DO NOT GO HERE. I use to go to a professional brow girl who had my eyebrows mapped out perfect. I started going here cause it was closer to home and the first few times I liked it because they followed my original eyebrow girls shape. But over time they butchered my eyebrows and they are now COMPLETELY UNEVEN one is so high one is so low and it makes my face look so weird.I went there and asked them to not touch ONE certain area so I can let the hair grow back evenly. I sat in the chair for 40 seconds while she threaded it and left looking EXACTLY the same. So messy and un even. I ended up going back to get a refund and she said “I’ll fix it”. She was pushing my head back and forth roughly and had an attitude because I complained at her incompetence. GO TO PROFESSIONALS!!!

So just got my lashes done, first set all fell out within 2 weeks, so I rang and let up her know. She asked me to come back in. I did this and she literally took 40 minutes to complete a full set. Tbh lashes still look terrible and I dont believe any isolation was done at all, just all dumped on. Think proper training on lash extensions would help

It feels strange writing a review of LABB as the staff and business are a part of my life and routine. I first saw Tahlia 6 or 7 years ago and her professionalism, technique and expertise had me hooked from day 1.I've seen her almost every 2 weeks since then.At my first appointment she actually asked me about my brow goals. My what?? She drew an outline of brows that we should work on together (i had previously just plucked them or got a quick wax) and over several months they grew into that shape.I'd never had lashes before and of course I wanted the longest ones possible. She educated me about what would look fullest and the best for my eye shape, about damage free lashes, shedding, and about how to care for them between appointments. It was established after a few appointments that Classics are the best for me, not Volume.I've also had appointments with Millie and her work and technique is outstanding.If you want to know about LABB, know this - they have a culture of perfection. You won't be popping in and out for a quick brow wax with minimal questions - they will want to get to know you, set goals with you, and make you part of the LABB family.Staff live and breath their work. I've never been to a beauty therapy place like it.PS - the beds are super comfy!

I cannot recommend Ethereal Studio Co enough. Every time I go I get consistent, quality service from Penny & Camellia.And the studio is a beautiful, relaxing place.

10/10 experience and would happily recommend. I stressed my concerns with my skin and how sensitive it was, Rene took complete care of me. My face was glowing, no rashes or reactions to the products she used as they were all natural and smelt amazing.

I adore my brows! Actually I love everything about Beauty Collective Co … Tayla did my brows, Rosie does my peel and heal treatments and they’ve both given me beautiful facial treatments, tanning and skin pen… I buy their Aspect products and get lots of compliments on my skin. The salon is a sanctuary and I love my visits there. Highly recommend!
