We are travelling with our car and caravan. Our hot water system was leaking as well as the flick-mixer tap in the ensuite. They fitted us in straight away. Had wonderful customer service and were very professional. No more leaks. Thank you

Trounce Caravans
We bought a second hand caravan and the lack of service and the bad attitude was astounding! It was a really hot day, and we were left to our own devices as far as getting the caravan ready to go. It hadn't even been cleaned. They just seemed to want us to be gone asap. Sure, we got a good deal, but that was all. Very disappointing.

Lumberjack Camper Trailers
This might sound like a weird review, but we did not actually buy the product we looked at. However the staff bent over backwards to help us make an informed decision. We caught up with the team at Leisurefest at Sandown and dealt with the delightful Claudia and the informed Kelvin. They were brilliant. We looked at a SheOak Camper Trailer ... cracker of a product and I suspect we will regret our decision not to purchase but if the customer service we experienced is a reflection of where this company is at, they have a bright future.
