Great range and in-store deals. It’s a rather busy store but they do their best to always give you quality service. Having dealt directly with the store manager, Aiden, I was assured the operations of this store are of a very high standard and would happily return and recommend.

Careful if you go taking them up on any of their phone deals.They'll try to upsell you, won't take no for an answer and when you finally do get them to put through the original plan that you wanted, somehow you can qualify for the plan but not the promotional gift card, because that makes sense.Yes

She was so helpful, professional, superb product knowledge. patient - despite it being closing time and by now the store was closed, she did not flinch or rush or hurry the sale. Patient and kind. Flawless execution of customers service promise. Great staff serving me, helped me buy my nintendo switch along with games and accessories and gave me a great deal too. Much appreciated, great benchmark for customer service from people who love what they do.

Never seem to have advised items in stock, but always have a more expensive option. Staff have painted on ears and are quite annoying. Would love to see someone over 25 that actually has some knowledge working here. This is the 4th time in a row that this store has let me down. Never again.

the place is amazing, great prices and everything, the staff is great except for this one lady who was working there. I asked her about a game if they had in stock and she said she’ll get back to me after she finished with the customer, which i understood. but after she was done she saw me looking over the shop and she didn’t even bother coming over and asking me if i needed help.
